The rowability group has been part of the club since 2013 and is focussed on making rowing accessible and enjoyable to those with disabilities
The ambition of the squad is to support adaptive rowers with their fitness, flexibility. co-ordination, concentration and team building either in rowing boats on rowing machines.
Participants must be accompanied by carers, who are also encouraged to join in and assist. The club's qualified coaches work with the carers to provide activities consistent with the capabilities of the participants. The coaches always put safety of the athlete first.
The Grosvenor Cup was donated by the club in 2013 to Henley Women's Regatta.
This trophy is given to the winner of the Para W1X at this prestigious event. The event has since been renamed, The Grosvenor Cup.
